Our group starts in January 2011 by phone. This means you and your friends and loved ones can participate from anywhere in the country — or the world.

We will be meeting twice a month starting Monday, January 10 from 9:30 – 11am Pacific time.

We are scheduling conversations twice a month so that we can create a truly supportive community for family caregivers.

You’ll feel relief to be able to speak freely as part of a community that understands exactly what you are going through as a family caregiver. There are real benefits to making a connection with people who are experiencing the same stresses, similar feelings, and coping with the exact same challenges.

We know what you’re going through. Joining together with others in this authentic community of family caregivers allows us to:

and understanding conversations
* express our true feelings
* make meaningful contributions …
all related to our shared issues around family caregiving. As we gather in community and evolve together, we discover we need each other to become fully ourselves.
