Caregiver Resources

Author Betty L. Smith Recommends The Living Matrix Movie
I’ve written about this many times. I’ve hosted screenings in my living room. Gil and I have watched it many times. After the third time we watched the move, Gil said, “They are saying the same things you’ve been saying for years, just in different words.” At that, Gil made the commitment to heal himself. Only time will tell how that will unfold.

This movie features Dr. Bruce Lipton. I recommend his books over on my Amazon resources page.

Author Betty L. Smith Recommends the work of Dr. Ben Schwarcz

My friend, and one of the people who is helping Gil on his healing journey, is Ben Schwarcz, MFT. When he created his information resource about tapping, I was thrilled. It is so clear and easy to understand. He has published it so it is available through a great service called Clickbank.  It’s called Tapping into Joy: Meridian Tapping and Mindfulness for DepressionA Self-Help Guide to Lead You Out of the Darkness of Depression and into the Light of Your Own True Self.

Here’s some of what Ben says about it: Learn to use Meridian Tapping/EFT for your own self-healing from Depression, Anxiety, Trauma and Stress. Step by Step instructions from the basics to the subtle art of getting powerful results quickly, even with complex issues. Here’s what I said about it over on Ben’s Clickbank site: “Tapping Into Joy is the most profound and user-friendly manual I have read on Meridian Tapping/EFT.”

While I think Ben’s book is one of the best, there are more Tapping Resources Below.
Tapping Solutions is another great resource about releasing blocks!

Tapping is also known as EFT, short for Emotional Freedom Technique. A number of books, audios, and videos are available at Tapping Solutions site. Click on the picture, below, to go there.

  1. EFT says:

    Hi Authorbettylsmith,
This might be off topic, however If yes, which of these resources would you find the most valuable to you as a caregiver and why? Please pick your top three.

    -Training for caregivers
    -Living Stipend for caregivers
    -Health care benefits for caregivers
    -Mental health services for caregivers
-Travel & lodging pay for caregivers
    -Respite care for caregivers

An informal caregiver provides care to a friend or family member for little to no pay.

This information is for a school paper. Thank you.
